Ḥassan bin Zeyn al-DDīn ᶜAmelī (1011AH) Shaḥīd Thānī’s son, is one of the great jurists in 11th century. In his book, Montaqā al-Jomān fī al-Aḥādīth al-Ṣeḥāḥ wa al-Ḥesān, Hassan has been assessed juridical traditions of Quadruplet Books (Kotob Arbaᶜah) which is about to review and to comprehend the traditions. He states that the distortion (Taḥrīf) and falsification (Tasḥīf) of traditions is a result of easygoing (tasāmoḥ) in accepting traditions and his goal is to revive the issue of tradition. Hence he has satisfied to mention only the correct (Saḥīḥ) and faith (Ḥassan) traditions. However his view is dependent on the recent scholars, view, but by a different definition of correct (Saḥīḥ) tradition, he has evaluate the transmission’s chain and text of traditions with taking a new approach and has established argumentative jurisprudence. Regarding to conflicting traditions, in addition to using common methods such as methods of collection, selection, preference, Sheikh Hassan employ outward interpretation (tafsīr), inward interpretation (taᵓwīl) and ījtīḥād and therefore has achieved to different and significant results in comparison with others.
