Islam is seeking for authority and honor of all the Muslims in all the fields specially economical grounds and this is aimed by work and production. In Islam work and production are important and Islam invites the people toward these two important factors by suggestions made for the government and investors and
producers. According to the Quran the development and efficacy of Islamic society in local productions can be attained only if all the stages of the society- including government, producers and common people- perform their duties based upon ethical criteria and religious obligations.
After all the government should train persons with specialty and religious concerns, plan for employment, assign manufacturing to the private investors, take supervision over manufacturing and over the market, control the prices and the import and the export. Producers can play their role by abstaining from fraud in
production and in transactions and people can prefer local products in order to help society and the government. In this research we try- based upon the verses of the holy Quran, the prophet and the Imams- to introduce the factors supporting the production and the responsibilities of all the members of the government.
