One of the factors influencing demographic changes is the increase or decrease in the rate of childbearing and fertility. Considering the crisis of population reduction in recent years, it is necessary to find effective solutions to solve the problem. The present research, using content analysis, seeks to achieve effective factors in solving the problem of population reduction by relying on the variable of fertility, based on the analysis of the traditions of Masooman (PBUH). The findings of the research indicate that the pattern of creating a positive attitude towards having children is the most important factor and with a frequency of about 58%, it plays the main role in solving the problem of population reduction. This intellectual framework is achieved with the two variables of positivity towards having children and understanding the need according to the universal themes extracted from the traditions of the Prophets (pbuh), including filial piety and the explanation of the blessings of children in life. Also, in addition to a positive approach by creating a positive attitude, it is necessary to remove existing obstacles with a negative approach.
