There are many narrations about the speech and the speaker, which can be divided into three general categories: paying attention to the speaker, paying attention to the speech, and paying attention to both the speech and the speaker.One of these hadiths that emphasizes the speaker's interpretation of speech and understanding the essence of the speech is the narration of "Anazar Ali Ma Qal wa La Tanazar Eli Man Qal" which is cited in various situations and topics.This is despite the fact that in the Holy Qur'an, in the verse of prophecy, it is ordered to examine the speaker of the news.Therefore, this research aims to understand the said hadith and compare its content with the prophetic verse by using the conventional methods of hadith jurisprudence and analyzing the content of the hadith and the said verse, and tries to express the relationship between this verse and the narration.This review shows that the correct meaning of the hadith is contrary to what is known to us and only refers to rulings, and the narrative under investigation is not in conflict with each other and they do not negate each other and each of them indicates a specific issue. These two speak in different ways, and the combination of verse and narrative includes all forms of speech.
