After Quran, narrations of innocent ones (pbut) are the most important source for recognition of Islam. Because of numerous inner and outer factors such as abrogation, dissimulation, loss of lots of innocents’ indications of statements, occurrence of distortion and alteration made by mistype in narrations’ texts, conflicting accounts penetrated to this treasury. Thus, from long time ago, scholar in hadith studies have paid attention to phenomenon of conflict for access to innocents’ intention. One of these scholars is Shaikh Horr whose obvious characteristic in encounter with conflicting account is avoidance of rejection of narrations. He attempts to provides all possible solutions to keep and collect narrations while a primitive conflicting account appears. Therefore, sometimes for elimination of mutual negation, change the implication of both sides, and sometimes -in most cases- keep and collect the accounts by changing the implication of one side of conflict. In encounter with agreement of reasons, he gives the right to choose, and in encounter with lack of agreement of reasons, he prefers one side of conflict. Also in most cases, he presents “preference” and “the right to choose” as solutions in keeping and collecting narrations.
