چکیده

تحقیق حاضر به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی تلاش کرده نظریات گوناگون پیرامون معنای عبارت اضربوهن در آیه 34 سوره نساء را احصا و ارزیابی نماید . این مقاله به دنبال ارائه تفسیری جدید و جامع از عبارت «اضربوهن» است که بتواند شبهات موجود را برطرف کند. 6 نظریه موضع‌گیری علنی، ضرب فیزیکی در صورت تحقق نشوز، نسخ تدریجی احکام جاهلیت و درمان مازوخیسم ارزیابی شده‌اند. نگارند‌گان این سطور احتمال حذف به قرینه لفظی و ایجاز در آیه مزبور را دقیق‌تر دانسته‌اند و برآن‌اند که صنعت احتباک رخ داده و عبارت «فی-المضاجع» به علت ذکر در جمله قبل، در جمله «واضربوهن» تکرار نشده‌است و تقدیر آیه چنین‌است: «واهجروهن فی المضاجع واضربوهن فی المضاجع». تعدّی ماده ضرب با حرف جرّ «فی»، معنای آن را به حرکت‌کردن از مضجع و ترک‌گفتن آن تغییرمی‌دهد. از بررسی روایاتی که در منابع فریقین ذیل آیه ذکر‌شده‌ و به ضرب غیرمبرح اشاره دارند، به‌دست‌آمد که همگی به یک روایت مفرد در صحیح مسلم بازمی-گردند و چون با ظهور آیه و کاربرد واژه ضرب در قرآن کریم و ریشه‌شناسی این واژه مخالف‌است، نمی‌توان بدان استنادکرد.

چکیده [English]

The present study deals with the subject of "reflection on the translation of the phrase" Edrebuhonna "in verse 34 of Surah An-Nisa ', which is organized in a descriptive-analytical manner and with a library method, has tried to find the true meaning of this phrase among various theories.

In this regard, it seems that all four theories of public stance, physical beating if it realized, gradual abrogation of the rules of ignorance and treatment of masochism, have serious interpretive problems.

According to the findings of this study, in this verse, the industry of Ehtebak has occurred, and the phrase "fi al-madaji" has not been repeated in the sentence "vazrbuhn" due to the mention in the previous sentence. the Complete sentence of the verse is as follows: forsake them in bed; and [finally], strike them [lightly].

The combination of (DARB) with the preposition "fi" changes its meaning to the movement and exit of the subject.

Also, by examining the narrations mentioned in Shiite and Sunni sources below this noble verse, it was found that They all refer to a single narration in Sahih Muslim And considering that it has been narrated in non-religious ways and contradicts the apparent meaning of the verse, It cannot be cited in the interpretation of this verse. .
