Abstract
The skill of self-disclosure is the most important speech skill that play a great role in an impressive communication. Self-disclosure means both to introduce one's self and his purposes, petitions, views and actions for others and also to confess to some of the individual aspects of oneself. This paper seeks to show this kind of speech skill in the Holy Quran. In the holy Quran two kinds of self-disclosure -forbidden and allowed- are mentioned. In psychology also this topic has been discussed. This research has focused on psychologist's efforts on this subject. Accordingly it is claimed that the skill of self-disclosure has types as such: 1- self-disclosure of God to his servants 2- self-disclosure of God's servants to God, 3- self-disclosure of divine prophets to their people, 4- self-disclosure of people in presence of prophets and 5- self-disclosure of people to people
