Abstract
Belief in the Resurrection is one of the basic beliefs of religious persons in Islam and all divine religions promise to their followers the Day of Judgment. But scholars and thinkers differ as to how people are transmitted to that world. Allameh Majlesi, as a Shiite mohaddes/narrator, based his views on Quranic verses and used the narratives and Quranic verses to prove bodily resurrection. In this study, we examine the writings and opinions of him about bodily resurrection, while discussing of his specific views about non-immateriality of the soul. He believes in bodily resurrection and holds that the heaven and hell are as necessities of Islam.
