In his book, Montaqā al-Jomān fī al-Aḥādīth al-Ṣeḥāḥ wa al-Ḥesān, Hassan has been assessed juridical traditions of Quadruplet Books (Kotob Arbaᶜah) which is about to review and to comprehend the traditions. He states that the distortion (Taḥrīf) and falsification (Tasḥīf) of traditions is a result of easygoing (tasāmoḥ) in accepting traditions and his goal is to revive the issue of tradition. Hence he has satisfied to mention only the correct (Saḥīḥ) and faith (Ḥassan) traditions. However his view is dependent on the recent scholars^,view, but by a different definition of correct (Saḥīḥ) tradition, he has evaluate the transmission’s chain and text of traditions with taking a new approach and has established argumentative jurisprudence. Regarding to conflicting traditions, in addition to using common methods such as methods of collection, selection, preference, Sheikh Hassan employ outward interpretation (tafsīr), inward interpretation (taᵓwīl) and ījtīḥād and therefore has achieved to different and significant results in comparison with  others. In this essay, while rereading this book, we attempt to extract the methodology of comprehending tradition <strong>حسن‌ بن زین الدین عاملی (م. 1011 ق) فرزند شهید ثانی، از فقهای بزرگ قرن یازدهم هجری قمری است. وی در کتاب خود منتقی‌الجمان فی الاحادیث الصحاح و الحسان به ارزیابی روایات فقهی کتب اربعه پرداخته و بدین‌سان کتابی در زمینه نقد الحدیث و فقه الحدیث سامان داده است. وی تصحیف و تحریف در احادیث را نتیجۀ تسامح در پذیرش اخبار عنوان کرده و هدف خود را احیای امر حدیث دانسته است. ازاین­رو، تنها به ذکر روایات صحیح و حسن آن اکتفا کرده است. دیدگاه وی اگر‌چه وابسته به دیدگاه عالمان متأخّر است؛ امّا با تعریف متفاوتی که از حدیث صحیح ارائه کرده، با رویکردی جدید، به بررسی سند و متن روایات پرداخته و فقهی استدلالی را سامان بخشیده است. شیخ حسن در مواجهه با اخبار متعارض، ضمن بهره‌گیری از روش‌های معمول ـ همانند روش جمع، تخییر و ترجیح به تفسیر، تأویل و اجتهاد روی آورده و به همین دلیل در بحث ارزیابی روایات، به نتایج قابل توجّه و متفاوت با دیگران دست یافته است. در این نوشتار برآنیم ضمن بازخوانی این کتاب، به روش‌شناسی فقه‌الحدیثی وی بپردازیم.‌ </strong> https://kq.meybod.ac.ir/article_796_35cf8659cfcb13224cbd47863a34fc58.pdf
