Wherever and whenever governance has existed, traces of social welfare can be found. This article aims to explore the approach and the components of social welfare in the conduct of Imam Ali (pbuh). To achieve the research objective, library sources particularly <em>Nahj al-Balagha</em> are examined. Additionally, a thematic analysis is performed in the framework of Imam’s conducts. To establish and strengthen social welfare, the path of truth and justice must be followed, which, depending on circumstances and characteristics, requires either equality or merit-based fairness. The components of social welfare, with respect to governing actors, include financial-economic, security-military, oversight-judicial, moral, social, and religious components. The findings from examining the conduct of Imam Ali (pbuh), both his approach and its components, in <em>Nahj al-Balagha </em>reveal that upholding truth and justice plays a pivotal and decisive role in achieving social welfare. Indeed, social welfare is a concept intrinsically tied to justice and the observance of rights. The derived components further demonstrate that Imam Ali (pbuh) adopted a comprehensive multidimensional perspective to establish social welfare. Notably, <em>Nahj al-Balagha</em> emphasizes the religious dimension of the society as a component of social welfare, reflecting the Imam’s holistic vision. هدف: توجه به رفاه، امری به درازای زندگی بشر است و هر مکان و زمانی که حکومتی وجود داشت، رگه‌هایی از رفاه اجتماعی را می‌توان در آن یافت؛ از این‌رو، مقاله حاضر با هدف دستیابی به رویکرد و مؤلفه‌های رفاه اجتماعی در سیرۀ امیرالمؤمنین علی (ع) نگارش شده است.<br /><br />روش تحقیق: در این پژوهش برای دستیابی به هدف از سیره‌پژوهی و منابع کتابخانه‌ای، به‌طورخاص نهج‌البلاغه استفاده شده است. همچنین برای تحلیل داده‌ها ذیل سیره‌پژوهی نیز از فرایند تحلیل مضمون بهره گرفته است.<br /><br />یافته‌ها: به‌طور کل برای ایجاد و تقویت رفاه اجتماعی باید راه حق و عدالت را پیمود که با توجه به شرایط و ویژگی‌ها منوط بر رعایت تساوی یا استحقاق است. همچنین مؤلفه‌های رفاه اجتماعی با توجه به کارگزاران نیز عبارت هستند از: مالی-اقتصادی، امنیتی-نظامی، نظارتی-قضایی، اخلاقی، اجتماعی و دینی.<br /><br />نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج حاصل از بررسی سیره‌ی امام علی (ع) (رویکرد و مؤلفه) در نهج‌البلاغه بیانگر آن است که رعایت حق و عدالت در تحقق رفاه اجتماعی نقش بسیار مهم و تعیین‌کننده‌ای دارد؛ به‌گونه‌ای که می‌توان گفت رفاه اجتماعی، مفهومی عجیبن شده با عدالت و رعایت حقوق است. مؤلفه‌های حاصل نیز نشان می‌دهند که آن حضرت در تحقق رفاه اجتماعی نگاهی وسیع و در ابعاد مختلف داشته‌اند؛ چنانکه توجه به بعد دینی جامعه به‌عنوان مؤلفه رفاه اجتماعی در نهج‌البلاغه به‌دست آمد. https://kq.meybod.ac.ir/article_3755_cd3bbc2d7ca1bbdc055acf58609e6c24.pdf
