What is occurring currently in the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran can be, thus, evaluated against the Quran. Through the method of content analysis and semantics, this research seeks to shed light on the principle of ‘wisdom’ in Ayatollah Khamenei’s policies and his speculations on the Quran. The study is conducted first by defining wisdom and its parameters as introduced in the Quran and then by comparing and contrasting them with Ayatollah Khamenei’s remarks on the issue. As indicated by the results, the wisdom that he has put to practice in the foreign policy is well integrated with the wisdom imparted in the Quran. This is because the one who is endowed with Quranic wisdom has a stout mindset and can practice rationally rather than emotionally. From the viewpoint of the Quran, a wise man has a true perception of the world and knows how to take the advantage of the current conditions in favor of his policies.   <strong>موضوع سیاست خارجی به‌طور عام و اصول سیاست خارجی به‌طور خاص، در آموزه‌های قرآن کریم قابل پی‌جویی است؛ از این‌رو می‌توان آنچه امروزه در سیاست خارجی نظام جمهوری اسلامی دنبال می‌شود را با آیات قرآن کریم سنجید. در این پژوهش با استفاده از </strong><strong>روش‌های تحلیل محتوا و معنی‌شناسی،</strong><strong>اصل «حکمت» در اندیشه سیاسی و قرآنی </strong><strong>آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای مبنای تحلیل و تبیین قرار گرفته است.</strong><strong>نخست پس از تحلیل </strong><strong>اصل حکمت در قرآن و گردآوری مقولات و مؤلفه‌های این اصل، در گام پسین، آنها را با </strong><strong>مقولات و نتایج حاصل از بیانات آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای مقایسه کرده، شباهت‌ها، تفاوت‌ها و میزان تناظر آن‌ها سنجیده شده است.</strong><br /> <strong>بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، </strong><strong>حکمت قرآنی و حکمت در سیاست خارجی در اندیشه آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای جدای از یکدیگر نیستند؛ زیرا کسی که بهره‌ای از حکمت قرآنی داشته باشد، اندیشه او مستحکم می‌شود و چنین کسی در سیاست خارجی بر اساس خِرَد عمل می‌کند نه بر اساس احساسات. همچنین فرد حکیم از نظر قرآن، حقایق عالم را درک می‌کند و به مصالح و منافع آگاه است و مسلماً چنین کسی در سیاست خارجی به منافع و شرایط لازم و بهره‌هایی که باید از رابطه با دنیا گرفت، آگاه است.</strong> https://kq.meybod.ac.ir/article_1750_6a5dfac4be1502501489fc0f5a24b667.pdf
