By attention to confirming the reliability of Ghiyath Ibn Ibrahim by Nagashi, his reliability is confirmed but we doubt about his being Imamieh. Some Jurists recognize this narrator the same Ghiyath Ibn Ibrahim of Batarieh sect that SheykhTusi has known him as one of the companions of Imam Baghir (Pbuh). We in this research explain that Ghiyath Ibn Ibrahim doesnʼt have retell any narration from Imam Baghir or from one of the narrators seen Imam Bagher in any Shiʼite available hadithi book. Moreover, if he was a companion of Imam Baqir, he should have narrated some narrations from Imam. Accordingly, Ghiyath Ibn Ibrahim Tamimi could not be the same Ghiyath Ibn Ibrahim of Batarieh sect as one of the companions of Imam Baghir. Considering this subject and reasons such as not stating the religion of this narrator in <em>NagashiʼsRijal</em>, we can conclude that he was Imami. <br />  <strong>«غیاث بن ابراهیم تمیمی اسیدی بصری»‏ در شمار راویان امام صادق (ع) و امام کاظم (ع) قرار داشته و روایات بسیاری از وی نقل شده است. با توجه به توثیق غیاث بن ابراهیم از سوی نجاشی، وثاقت او محرز است اما امامی بودن او محل بحث است. برخی از فقها این راوی را همان غیاث بن ابراهیم بتری­مذهبی که در سخنان شیخ طوسی در زمره اصحاب امام باقر (ع) قرار گرفته، دانسته­اند. در این پژوهش روشن کرده‌ایم </strong><strong>غیاث بن ابراهیم در هیچ‌یک از کتب حدیثی موجود شیعه، حتی یک روایت از امام باقر (ع) یا از اصحاب امام باقر (ع)، نقل نکرده است، درحالی‌که این محدث اگر از اصحاب امام باقر (ع) بود، بسیار بعید است که از این امام و هیچ‌کدام از اصحابشان روایتی نشنیده باشد.</strong><strong> بر این اساس، غیاث بن ابراهیم تمیمی، نمی­تواند همان غیاث بن ابراهیم بتری­مذهب در شمار اصحاب امام باقر (ع) باشد. با نظرداشت این مطلب و با در نظر گرفتن دلایلی همچون ذکر نشدن مذهب این راوی در رجال نجاشی، می‌توان امامی بودن وی را استنتاج نمود.</strong> https://kq.meybod.ac.ir/article_1389_2bd7f907b7f5b6bbd91822c0c7b835f6.pdf
